N-Scale Brass Models

KEY IMPORTS oversees the production of the finest imported brass models money can buy. These models are precision made masterpieces in terms of both appearance and running qualities. Each model is detailed specifically and exactly for the railroad and time period it represents. With proper care, they will last a lifetime. Brass models are not for everyone and that's sort of the point. They are produced in extremely limited quantities of usually less than 400 pieces. They are produced by hand one at a time which is the main reason they are priced the way they are. Models listed on this page are up for reservation. Reserving brass models is a little different than reserving other models as brass importers tend to announce many offerings at once and then narrow their projects down to those that generate the most interest. Some of the announcements below will never see competition however if you want to see the model produced and are FIRMLY COMMITTED TO PURCHASING THE MODEL SHOULD IT GET PRODUCED then you are encouraged to place a reservation.
